Here are some of the questions we are most frequently asked. If you have a question that’s not answered here, please contact us.
Natural stone and grout are porous materials that can and do absorb soil and spills. Having a sealer applied will help create a protective barrier, giving you more time to clean up dirt and liquid spills before they soak into the stone or grout. Please note: Stone sealers do not prevent etching. They only help with stain protection. Sealers also help enhance the natural beauty of your floors.
No. We clean, restore, and protect both indoor and outdoor surfaces.
Yes. The yellowing is caused by layers of coatings and wax that collect dirt and grime, making it yellow. Terrazzo can be restored using the same process that is used in restoring marble and granite. It can be honed and polished, using a natural polishing process, to achieve a gloss or matte finish — according to your preference.

For natural stone and tile flooring we offer free paid demos. For other services such as concrete polishing, we have made the decision not to offer paid demos at this time. The investment for the demo fee covers is our time, materials, and expertise. This payment can be used as a credit towards your balance if you choose to proceed with our services. Please note that the payment for the demo is non-refundable. We believe that this approach allows us to provide the highest level of service and ensure that we can deliver the results you expect. Thank you for understanding.
While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee 100% removal of stains. The success of stain removal depends on various factors, including the type of stain, the composition of the stone, and the depth of the stain penetration. We have a track record of successfully removing stains to a range of 70-90%, but it is important to note that each case is unique. Some stains may be more challenging to remove if they have deeply penetrated the stone, while others may be superficial and can be improved upon. We always recommend performing a test or sample to assess the expected results and provide you with a realistic outcome. Our goal is to deliver the best possible outcome for your stone while managing expectations.
Generally, your stone restoration professional will ask for a minimum charge deposit. Without a commitment from the customer (deposit), customers may decide to change days or cancel appointments. Lost days of work cost professional restoration companies too much money to schedule work without deposits. Generally your scheduled service date will be within 1 month due to our busy schedule. Often, however, the greater the need, the sooner we can get you scheduled.
